HOW TO START WITH THE MEDICAL MEDIUM PROTOCOL FOR AUTISM, OCD, AND ADHD

Part 1



You’ve heard or read about the Medical Medium and now you would like to implement his protocols and principles in your child's life and/or your own? There are so many books, blogs, Instagram and Facebook lives, influencers, FB groups...it’s a real hodgepodge, isn’t it?


Take a deep breath. Prepare to make an action plan and timeline for your path towards healing. The path may not be a quick or easy one; you will probably face organisational or financial challenges, judgement, and a lack of understanding from your family and others around you... But don’t forget – this is a path towards healing and the truth. In fact, it’s no coincidence you’re reading these lines.


I decided to follow this path and I’ve faced all the above mentioned challenges, some of which I am tackling even today. Although I can hardly put into words what I’ve gotten in return, here it is: immense progress when it comes to my son’s speech, maturity level and learning ability, as well as his fine and gross motor skills; a level of synchronisation and connection with my entire family I could never have dreamed of; the fact that other members of my family cured their long-lasting medical problems, and much more.


I chose this path for my child and my family – it’s up to you to choose yours because moms are the ones who have the power. Don’t let a person in a white coat, an energy healer, or someone close or important to you deliberately or accidentally take away the power to make the best possible choice for your child and for yourself.


This blog will provide you with initial steps necessary to implement the Medical Medium protocol.

However, it is not a book substitute – it merely points to some additional things you need to consider.

You can change some things instantly; others require time and knowledge.

PRIORITY LIST


While reading, start eliminating the sources of toxins in your apartment/house and yard. Of course, you can’t change everything at once; and you don’t have to. But you need to have all the necessary information in order to act in accordance with the circumstances and your options.


Let’s start with the things that come into contact with the food we consume.


The Kitchen


1. Replace your cutting board or purchase a new one you will only use for fruit and vegetables, and not for eggs, cheese, meat, etc.

2. It is best to replace your knife with a ceramic one.

3. Get rid of aluminum foil and aluminum plates.

4. Stainless steel cookware is another source of heavy metals.

5. Conventional dishwasher detergents and dishwashing liquids are full of toxins, and you really don’t want your child to be exposed to additional heavy metals now that we know the presence of heavy metals in the brain is the main cause of autism.

6. Replace all cutlery - or at least that used by your child - with bamboo cutlery sets.

7. Avoid using plastic plates and cups.

8. Water filters.

9. Avoid scented garbage bags.

10. Make sure your child does not spend too much time near the fridge (especially if you prepare food together or enjoy other activities in the kitchen) as they emit high electromagnetic radiation.


For cleaning purposes, you can always use baking soda, vinegar, and the like.

Items children use on a daily basis


1. It is best to get rid of heavy-scented plasticine. Clay, too, can contain aluminum and some other heavy metals, so please make sure you have all the necessary information regarding the abovementioned items.

2. Always buy non-toxic, eco-friendly coloring pens and pencils, as they can contain many toxins that have a cumulative effect.

3. Make sure the paper and notebooks your child uses for drawing and writing are not treated with chlorine or bleach.

4. Toys – less can be more. Opt for eco-friendly toys.

5. Face paint that’s widely used in children’s birthday parties is full of toxic material.

6. All items of clothing (from underwear to hats and scarves) should be made from natural and preferably organic material. Never try on clothes at the store, and always wash them several times before wearing.

7. Cosmetics and personal hygiene items – make sure you use fluoride-free toothpaste; avoid scented bubble bath, etc.

8. Keep the use of essential oils in your child’s presence to a minimum.

9. Avoid places that smell of mold and strong chemicals, e.g. old theaters.

10. When going for walks or outings, bring your own soap (diluted in a small bottle), a small towel or tissues (preferably bleach-free tissues made from bamboo or recycled paper).

11. Stay informed about spraying in your area (when I lived in Australia, the spraying took place every Tuesday, which is when we went to other areas for walks and outdoor activities) and make sure to take every precaution.

12. Avoid walking barefoot on freshly cut grass in public green spaces.
